A connected campus, not separate buildings
HESCO's website presents the student campus at the University of Business and Technology in Jeddah as a composition of 11 multistory blocks. The plan connects the academic buildings through a network of bridges and a central spine, with facilities including a library, a mosque, sports courts and residential units.
HESCO's project scope
The company defines its role as consultancy and architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, alongside landscaping, interior design, furniture and equipment. This scope brings circulation, use and services together in a single design.
