Established names in watchmaking

Al-Ghazali appears in the official retailer directories of Rado, Tissot, Certina and MIDO. Its own catalogue includes additional names such as Maurice Lacroix, Ebel, Vulcain, Concord and Jowissa. This is an editorial introduction to its watch portfolio; collections and availability vary by location and time.

RadoMaterials as design

The True Square family demonstrates Rado's use of high-tech ceramic in case and bracelet, pairing a square silhouette with automatic movements in selected models. Technical specifications remain reference-specific.

TissotFrom classic to sporting

Tissot brings together classic and sporting designs with quartz, automatic and solar-powered options. Its PRX family revisits a 1978 design through a range of case sizes and materials.

CertinaSporting character. Technical heritage.

Certina's Swiss roots date to 1888. Its DS, or Double Security, concept introduced in 1959 is central to its approach to durability, while individual watches retain their own use limits.

MIDOEngineering for life in motion

MIDO offers automatic families including Ocean Star. One Ocean Star 200 reference combines a 41 mm case with up to 80 hours of power reserve, illustrating the connection between function and design.

Find a watch that reflects you

What makes a watch your own?

Design is just the beginning. The movement, size and materials shape how a watch feels on your wrist.

01

Movement

An automatic watch draws energy from wrist movement. Quartz uses a different operating system; understand the model's movement and care requirements before choosing.

02

Size and material

Compare diameter, thickness and strap on your wrist, not only in a photograph. Steel, titanium, ceramic and leather create different experiences of weight and feel.

03

Function

Choose functions you will actually use and check the reference's water resistance and power reserve. One watch's specifications never describe an entire brand.

Once you choose, the care begins

Care throughout your watch’s life

From maintenance support to the online store experience, Al-Ghazali’s relationship with its customers continues beyond choosing a watch.

Specialist maintenance

Al-Ghazali’s network includes maintenance locations and after-sales support. Contact the company to identify the appropriate centre and inspection for your watch.

Warranty and documentation

Keep your invoice, warranty card and reference number. Coverage and duration depend on the brand, model and manufacturer’s terms, and are checked when service is requested.

Delivery and collection

The store’s policy includes shipping within Saudi Arabia and branch collection. Confirm your order details, location and availability with the team before visiting or purchasing.

Keep your watch away from impacts, strong magnetic fields, perfume and cleaning chemicals. Wipe it with a soft cloth and follow the model and strap instructions before using water. Water resistance is not permanent: have it checked professionally and never operate the crown or pushers underwater. After a severe impact or change in performance, seek specialist inspection rather than opening the watch yourself.

01

Multi-brand centres

A setting that brings different watch brands together, allowing you to compare character, design and fit in one visit.

02

Shop-in-shop displays

Dedicated brand displays within a showroom give collections a distinct space in which to explore their details.

03

Single-brand boutiques

A more focused setting centred on one brand and its identity, among the showroom formats offered by Al-Ghazali.

From Riyadh and Al Khobar to Jeddah, Madinah, Abha and Hail, Al-Ghazali's Saudi presence offers opportunities to experience a watch in person. Contact the team before visiting to confirm opening hours and the availability of a particular brand or reference.

Al Ghazali: renewing a luxury-watch legacy through customer experience and Saudi talent

Samer Saab discusses Al Ghazali's luxury-watch business, focusing on trust, after-sales service, digital development and Saudi talent. The feature also includes a page introducing founder Mohammed Ali Al-Abdullatif.

Al Ghazali's feature in the 96th National Day issue combines a page on founder Mohammed Ali Al-Abdullatif with an interview with CEO Samer Saab. The company describes a journey of more than seventy years in luxury watches, with customer trust at the heart of its continuity.

Saab links competitiveness to service quality, responsiveness and careful selection of international brands. He presents after-sales service as an ongoing customer relationship, alongside investment in showrooms, the working environment and internal operations.

The discussion covers e-commerce platforms, customer-management systems and the use of data to understand the market and improve purchasing experiences. Saab also outlines the potential role of artificial intelligence in customer analysis and inventory management, presenting these as areas of development as retail evolves.

Training, Saudi talent and women's participation in the workforce are recurring priorities. Looking ahead, Saab describes ambitions to expand the company's presence, services and partnerships while retaining its identity and customer trust, within a broader account of the private sector's contribution to national development.
